Starting In The Vineyard
The 2020 growing season started out with copious rainfall. The long, warm summer saw few extreme heat waves, and the foggy mornings set the stage for vibrant and expressive wines. The long mild late summer helped preserve freshness and finesse in the fruit. All in all, exceptional fruit with bright acidity and ample texture created yet another amazing vintage.
To The Cellar
This 100% Cabernet Sauvignon spent 5 to 7 days in a cold soak to intensify the mountain fruit characteristics then was fermented for 28 days in stainless steel tanks. Aged in 70% new French oak for 24 months, it was racked barrel-to-barrel, and bottled unfined and unfiltered. This extremely age-worthy wine will cellar for 15+ years

This Mi Sueño rich, inky pitch-black beautiful color grabs your attention. Aromas of dark chocolate, maraschino cherries, graham crackers, anise, raspberry cream, fresh forest, and toasted pecan make you excited for what is coming next.
